Hello! I am an audio programmer who has previously worked at Chief Rebel, Frostbite and Paradox. I enjoy diving deep into systems and being a technical problem-solver who supports any team I’m part of.
Working in Teams
Whether it’s pair programming a complex system, planning an audio feature together with a designer or rubber-ducking a teammate’s code problem, I love being a helpful part of a team. Game development is a team effort, and being a good team member means adapting to the needs of those around you. It also means being transparent and clear in your communication. Being honest about my own limitations and able to ask others for help has taught me as much as helping and teaching others has.
Music and Audio
I love weird sounds. I play the keyboard in a band with three of my friends (check our projects out here) and I hardly spend any time awake at all without music in my ears.
Implementing how sounds work in games is even better. In most projects I’m a part of, I’m the one doing the audio middleware integration and writing whatever code needs to be written to make the audio shine. I really enjoy working together with sound designers, proactively solving their problems, so they can focus on making crisp soundscapes.
